The Cisco 360 Partner Program introduces enhanced incentives tied directly to customer priorities and partner expertise. The new Cisco Partner Incentive features an Eligible Offers list and rebate rates focused on accelerating growth in key innovation areas, including AI, security, and campus refresh. Partners can model their profitability and unlock additional bonuses for demonstrating portfolio breadth and deep specialization. This structure is designed to deliver predictable growth while rewarding partners for delivering integrated solutions that drive tangible customer outcomes, positioning them to maintain or increase their earnings.
To recognize and reward expertise in critical AI infrastructure, Cisco is introducing two new specializations for Preferred Partners in February 2026: Secure AI Infrastructure and Secure Networking. Earning these specializations unlocks an additional incentive bonus. The program also significantly expands partner enablement with new resources like the Cisco AI Assistant for streamlined content access, Advanced Cloud Demo Experiences for customizable sales demos, and comprehensive Cisco Partner Learning Journeys.
