  • Celonis announces 120 "Value Champions" have each realized over $10 million in value.

  • The total documented value delivered to customers has reached $8.1 billion.

  • The Celonis Process Intelligence Platform creates a living digital twin of operations.

  • This provides the essential context for Enterprise AI to be deployed effectively.

  • Customer examples include Mercedes-Benz, Vinmar, and Uniper.

  • The approach focuses on infusing AI into operations as a strategic discipline, not just a technology.

A Strategic Framework for Enterprise AI

A central theme from the event was redefining Enterprise AI as a strategic discipline rather than just a technology. Many organizations struggle to achieve a return on their AI investments because they lack the operational context for AI to act effectively. Celonis addresses this by using its Process Intelligence Graph—a living digital twin of a company's operations—to provide AI with the necessary context, guide its deployment to the right areas, and ensure it works seamlessly with existing people and systems.

Customer Momentum and Ecosystem Impact

The significant value generation is driven by Celonis' open platform and its vibrant ecosystem of partners, which extend the platform with composable AI solutions. The announcement highlighted several major customers achieving transformative results. Mercedes-Benz Group AG has improved on-time delivery and accelerated decision-making. Vinmar transformed its $3 billion Order-to-Cash process into a fully automated, intelligent operation. Uniper, in collaboration with Celonis and Microsoft, has successfully scaled AI across its operations to enable end-to-end process orchestration.

“We see so many organizations struggling to get a return on their AI investments,” said Alex Rinke, Celonis co-CEO and co-founder, during his keynote address. “This often happens because they’re thinking about ‘Enterprise AI’ as a technology. In reality, it’s the strategic discipline of infusing AI into every part of their operations. This is what Celonis and our partners help our customers do. We give their AI the context it needs. We guide them to deploy it in the right places. And, we enable them to make it work with everything else they’re doing.”

“Combining Microsoft’s AI ecosystem with Celonis process intelligence lets us deploy AI effectively, automate workflows intelligently, and track performance continuously. It’s our foundation for AI success,” said Hans Pezold, CIO at Uniper.

The reported figures underscore a growing validation of the Process Intelligence category as a critical foundation for achieving measurable and large-scale business transformation through AI.
