Calix, Inc. has announced a key executive promotion to strengthen its operational leadership during a period of rapid industry transformation. The company has appointed John Durocher as its chief operations officer, a move designed to advance its winning strategies for both customers and employees in the AI era.

This leadership transition comes as Calix deepens its investment in AI and scalable processes. John Durocher brings a proven track record from his tenure at Salesforce and Accenture, and more recently, from his role at Calix where he scaled the award-winning Calix Success organization. His experience in aligning people, processes, and technology positions him to lead operational strategy during this critical period of growth and innovation.
In his new role, Durocher will be responsible for driving excellence across enterprise operations and customer experience. This includes continued strategic investment in IT and internal systems. His focus will be on creating efficiency and effectiveness at every level, enabling Calix teams to work smarter and deliver superior results.
Succeeding John Durocher as the leader of the customer-facing organization is Jonathan Lindsell, who has been named chief customer officer. Lindsell, formerly the senior vice president of Field and Success, will now oversee the entire customer success function. He brings deep expertise and proven leadership to the role and will continue to report to Durocher, ensuring a seamless transition and continued focus on customer outcomes.
