Brix, a rapidly scaling AI-native hiring infrastructure provider, has announced the launch of its AI-powered sourcing and outreach agents alongside an upgraded global headhunter network platform. Backed by HF0 and part of the NVIDIA Inception program, Brix combines agentic AI with its established global employment infrastructure to drastically accelerate and improve the sourcing, outreach, and coordination phases of hiring across more than 120 countries.
Brix has built a comprehensive global hiring backbone covering staffing, compliance, payroll, and Employer of Record (EOR) services in over 120 countries. The new AI agents represent the next evolution, targeting the most time-consuming and costly aspects of talent acquisition: sourcing, personalized outreach, and coordination.
The proprietary multi-agent system reasons through job requirements, searches a massive enriched talent database, ranks candidates based on fit, and autonomously conducts large-scale personalized outreach. This automation removes repetitive execution from recruiters, allowing them to focus on deep candidate conversations, trust-building, and closing—areas where human judgment remains essential.
Brix has also launched its Human Data business, addressing the shift in AI development from low-skill annotation to high-skill expert reasoning, evaluation, and judgment. Using the same agent + recruiter infrastructure, Brix enables AI companies to efficiently source and manage global experts for model training and refinement, creating a scalable production layer of human intelligence.
This convergence of global recruiting capabilities and AI training needs has driven rapid adoption among enterprise AI customers with large, recurring expert workloads.
Brix was formed through the merger of companies led by co-founders Alex Yang and Katherine Duan, united by a common belief in technology’s potential to scale human judgment and create more open, fair organizations.
Alex Yang built early cross-border freelancing platforms and global remote work communities, maintaining a long-term focus on enabling fairer access to opportunity through technology.
Katherine Duan transitioned from senior leadership at Boston Consulting Group to full-time AI-native company building. Her personal drive centers on freeing people from geographic, time-zone, and role constraints to pursue work aligned with their passions and skills.
Together, they created Brix to deliver a fundamentally different approach to global hiring—one where AI augments human capability rather than displacing it.
