Botpress provides an end-to-end platform for creating and deploying AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs). “Botpress is a powerful end-to-end agentic AI platform built for production at scale,” said Jim Texier, Partner & CTO at FRAMEWORK. “In a world moving rapidly toward autonomous, LLM-native systems, Botpress empowers builders to create, deploy, and monitor intelligent agents and conversational AI. I believe this is the future of Human-AI and AI-AI interactions and Botpress is leading it.” The platform addresses infrastructure challenges, enabling reliable, scalable agent deployments for real-world applications.
“AI agents will replace entire categories of software over the next decade, but most of the infrastructure required to run these agents safely at scale is still missing,” said CEO Sylvain Perron. “We’ve spent the last several years building that missing infrastructure layer so companies can run real agents in production today, not just prototypes.” Botpress’s platform supports both no-code and pro-code development, offering flexibility for technical and non-technical users to integrate agents with systems like HubSpot’s CRM.
Since its cloud platform launch in 2023, Botpress has seen significant revenue growth and customer adoption, with thousands of live agents deployed across industries like customer support, fintech, and consumer technology. For example, it helped Les Producteurs de lait du Québec launch a French-language “cheese butler” called Froméo, and Ruby Labs manage end-to-end customer support for subscription apps. “We’re excited about how Botpress helps businesses move from experimenting with AI agents to actually deploying them,” said Adam Coccari, Managing Director at HubSpot Ventures.
“Deloitte Ventures was impressed with the Botpress team’s agility to deliver an automation offering that unlocks the power of AI through customizable agentic workflows,” said Jon Wolkin, Managing Director at Deloitte Ventures. The $25M will accelerate platform development, expand global customer support, and grow Botpress’s 65-person team, with plans to double headcount and open a new office and data center in Europe. The company also aims to release voice capabilities in Q3 2025, enhancing its offerings for over 750,000 users in 190+ countries.
Botpress’s Series B funding positions it to lead the agentic AI market, providing scalable infrastructure for businesses to deploy intelligent agents. With strong investor backing and a focus on production-ready solutions, the company is set to drive innovation in AI automation globally.
