BluSky AI Inc., headquartered in Salt Lake City, has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to lease a strategic site in Nephi, Utah, as part of its expansion of modular AI infrastructure. This site will support the deployment of BluSky’s SkyMod data centers—purpose-built, energy-efficient modular AI factories designed for rapid GPU-as-a-Service deployment powering AI workloads.

Strategic Expansion in Utah’s Energy Corridor

The Nephi site encompasses approximately 0.375 acres with additional acreage for future expansion. Positioned to leverage Utah’s scalable power resources and geographic resilience, the site represents a pivotal step in BluSky AI’s multi-state roadmap to build modular, ESG-aligned AI compute infrastructure. Modifications, power upgrades, and construction will be managed by BluSky AI to ensure operational readiness.
