Bloomerang has announced a strategic partnership with Dataro to bring predictive donor modeling and AI-powered prospect research directly into the Bloomerang Giving Platform.

The integration, unveiled during GiveCon 2026, is designed to help nonprofit organizations improve donor engagement and fundraising outcomes by providing AI-driven recommendations and actionable donor insights within existing workflows.

The new capabilities are scheduled to become available beginning July 2026.

AI-Powered Donor Insights Aim to Improve Fundraising Decisions

The integration introduces predictive signals directly into donor records, helping nonprofit fundraising teams identify which supporters require attention and what actions to prioritize.

According to Bloomerang, the platform will provide recommendations related to donor retention, recurring giving opportunities, major gift potential, and donor engagement timing.

Dennis Fois, Chief Executive Officer at Bloomerang, said:

The partnership represents the first of several intelligence-focused integrations planned for the Bloomerang Giving Platform.

Integration Expands Predictive Fundraising Capabilities

Through the Dataro integration, nonprofit organizations will gain access to AI-powered fundraising recommendations, including:

  • Identifying donors at risk of lapsing
  • Highlighting donors likely to give immediately
  • Recommending one-time donors suitable for monthly giving programs
  • Identifying mid-level and major gift opportunities

The integration also introduces AI-generated prospect research reports compiled directly inside Bloomerang without requiring separate tools or manual research workflows.

According to the companies, the platform maintains a privacy-first architecture, with predictive models operating on anonymized donor signals rather than exposing individual donor records externally.

Nonprofits Face Growing Pressure to Improve Donor Engagement

The partnership comes as nonprofit organizations face increasing competition for donor funding and greater pressure to improve fundraising efficiency with limited resources.

Bloomerang stated that its customers currently outperform sector averages, reporting average one-time donations of $166, approximately 37% higher than industry norms.
