Xingdao Intelligent, a leading Chinese manufacturer of embodied service robots, brings over 300 patents in mechanical design, intelligent perception, and autonomous decision-making to BGM. Its robotic systems and AI-powered services are widely used in industries such as restaurants, retail, building management, hospitals, and industrial inspections. This acquisition enables BGM to integrate hardware and software, completing the "perception-understanding-execution" cycle for real-world AI applications, significantly enhancing its intelligent workforce systems.
