  • Aviz Networks and VAST Data have announced an integrated solution that unifies VAST AI Operating System with Aviz ONES network controller for NVIDIA AI Factory environments.
  • The solution delivers secure multi-tenant storage networking with simplified operations, policy controls, and end-to-end visibility.
  • The combined stack has been validated in NVIDIA DSX Air to reduce deployment risk and accelerate time to production.
  • It addresses key challenges in scaling AI infrastructure by ensuring reliable data pipelines and fabric operations in shared environments.
  • Aviz ONES provides fabric automation, observability, and lifecycle management for streamlined Day-0 to Day-2 operations.
  • The integration supports consistent, repeatable AI infrastructure deployments alongside customer orchestration and platform partners.

Aviz Networks, a leader in open, AI-optimized networking software, and VAST Data, the AI Operating System company, have announced an integrated solution designed to simplify storage networking for enterprises deploying NVIDIA AI Factory environments.

The solution combines the VAST AI Operating System as the high-performance data foundation with Aviz ONES (Open Networking Enterprise Suite) as the network controller. This integration provides fabric automation, policy enforcement, observability, and lifecycle operations while maintaining secure multi-tenant segmentation.

“Aviz Networks’ integration with the VAST AI OS provides customers with a robust data foundation with simplified operations, multi-tenant controls, and the confidence that comes from end-to-end validation.” — John Mao, Vice President, Global Technology Alliances at VAST Data

Validated End-to-End in NVIDIA DSX Air

To minimize deployment risk and speed rollout, the Aviz + VAST solution is validated in NVIDIA DSX Air. This allows customers to test configurations, operational workflows, and tenant-aware policies end-to-end before moving into production environments.

“AI infrastructure has to be deployable, operable, and predictable from day one,” said Thomas Scheibe, CPO, Aviz Networks. “By integrating VAST into NVIDIA AI factory environments and operationalizing it through Aviz ONES—then validating in NVIDIA DSX Air—we’re giving platform teams a repeatable path from design to deployment to day-two operations.”

Key Capabilities of the Integrated Solution

The combined stack enables organizations to scale AI workloads with greater reliability and operational consistency by delivering:

  • Multi-tenant isolation and policy controls to support shared AI infrastructure securely.
  • Streamlined Day-0 to Day-2 operations through automation, observability, and lifecycle management via Aviz ONES.
  • End-to-end visibility across storage connectivity and network operations to accelerate troubleshooting and improve overall reliability.
  • Ecosystem-ready deployments that work alongside customers’ preferred orchestration and platform partners.

As enterprises continue to scale AI deployments, ensuring seamless integration between compute, storage, and networking becomes critical. This validated solution addresses that need by providing a consistent, high-performance foundation for modern AI factories in SaaS, IT infrastructure, and enterprise technology environments.
