Autheo LLC has announced a dual expansion for its native utility coin THEO, advancing its five-year vision for an Internet Operating System. THEO / NVDA went live on September 24, 2026 through Uniswap on Robinhood Chain, placing the economic asset of an emerging decentralized infrastructure network into the same programmable venue as a token linked to NVIDIA. The expansion continues on October 1, 2026, when THEO is scheduled to begin trading on MEXC, extending access from decentralized markets on Base and Robinhood Chain to a global centralized exchange serving more than 40 million users across more than 170 countries and regions.

  • THEO / NVDA goes live September 24 on Uniswap on Robinhood Chain, pairing Autheo's native coin with a tokenized NVIDIA instrument.
  • THEO scheduled to list on MEXC on October 1, expanding from decentralized markets to a centralized exchange with 40M+ users.
  • Autheo Mainnet live since May 14, 2026, secured by 149 active validators of 156 total, audited by Halborn, CertiK and Adevar Labs.
  • Public testnet shows 2.2M wallet addresses, 1.2M smart contracts and 10.8M transactions, reflecting sustained developer activity.
  • Enflux manages THEO liquidity across Base, Robinhood Chain and MEXC with active Uniswap v3 range management strategy.
  • THEO is the economic layer for Autheo Internet Operating System, powering fees, compute, storage, networking and AI execution.

THEO / NVDA Market Goes Live on Robinhood Chain

The THEO / NVDA market is positioned as a preview of convergence Autheo was built to enable. Five domains intersect in this market: NVIDIA representing accelerated computing infrastructure, Autheo building decentralized compute, storage, networking and AI infrastructure, Robinhood Chain bringing tokenized real-world assets onchain, Uniswap providing programmable permissionless markets, and THEO providing the economic layer.

In practice, THEO and a tokenized NVIDIA instrument now sit in the same liquidity pool on the same chain, quoted continuously. Unlike traditional equity markets open six and a half hours on weekdays, this market does not close. The pairing signals direction for tokenized equities, which Binance Research as of September 15, 2026, noted as the fastest-growing category of onchain real-world assets in 2026, up 390.4 percent year to date to $4.43 billion.

MEXC Listing Expands THEO to Centralized Exchange Distribution

On October 1, THEO is scheduled to begin trading on MEXC. Founded in 2018, MEXC serves more than 40 million users across more than 170 countries and regions with depth in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the CIS region.

A centralized exchange reaches users that decentralized venues cannot, requiring no wallet, bridge or onchain knowledge. MEXC is therefore a complement to Autheo’s decentralized markets, not a replacement: permissionless venues on Hydrex on Base for THEO / USDC and Uniswap v3 on Robinhood Chain for THEO / USDG and THEO / NVDA for self-custody users, and an account-based platform for broader global access.

Autheo Internet Operating System Foundation and Security Audits

Autheo Mainnet has been live since May 14, 2026, secured by 149 active validator nodes out of 156 total as of September 23, 2026. Infrastructure has undergone independent security audits with Halborn auditing the Testnet and validator node platform, CertiK auditing Mainnet and smart contracts, and Adevar Labs auditing the Base to Autheo Mainnet bridge.

Autheo’s public testnet has generated more than 2.2 million wallet addresses, more than 1.2 million smart contracts, and more than 10.8 million transactions as of September 21, 2026. These figures describe cumulative testnet activity rather than current Mainnet totals.

Autheo was founded by Scott Bayless and Todd Mortenson and has grown to more than 100 co-founders and contributors across more than 25 countries with experience spanning blockchain engineering, artificial intelligence, distributed systems, cryptography, cybersecurity, product, finance, legal and enterprise operations.

“Cyrus understood more than two thousand years ago that civilizations are not connected merely by what they build, but by the roads they build between them,” said Scott Bayless, Founder and Managing Director of Autheo. “Technology has created extraordinary kingdoms: cloud, blockchain, artificial intelligence, financial markets. Too often, it has created them as separate worlds. Autheo was conceived around a different idea: build beneath those divisions, so that value, computation, and information can move across them. Today THEO trades in the same programmable market as a tokenized NVIDIA instrument. Next week MEXC opens another road into that economy across more than 170 countries and regions. There is an ancient instruction to enlarge the place of the tent and lengthen its cords. After five years of building the foundation, that is where Autheo stands. The foundation is built. Now we lengthen the cords.”

Liquidity Strategy Across Base, Robinhood Chain and MEXC

Autheo has engaged Enflux, a quantitative trading and liquidity firm, to manage THEO liquidity across its expanding market ecosystem. Enflux supports THEO markets on Base and Robinhood Chain, including the new THEO / NVDA market, and will support liquidity on MEXC, enabling a coordinated liquidity strategy across chains, trading pairs and market structures.

Enflux operates across order-book and onchain venues with active range management and rebalancing on Uniswap v3-style automated market makers rather than static liquidity positions.

“As THEO expands across decentralized and centralized markets, the objective is to maintain a consistent liquidity strategy across each environment,” said Evgeni Hristov, Head of Trading at Enflux. “Supporting THEO across Base, Robinhood Chain, and MEXC allows us to manage those markets as parts of a broader liquidity ecosystem rather than as isolated venues.”

Product Roadmap and THEO Utility in Infrastructure Marketplace

Autheo is moving from foundation building to developer and user availability. The next stage includes Autheo DevHub as the developer entry point, Autheo Mesh as distributed execution environment for compute, storage, networking and AI workloads, and Autheo Infrastructure Marketplace to connect applications needing infrastructure with providers, alongside identity, security and interoperability services.

The architecture is designed so that Layer 0 coordinates the system, the Mesh does the work, Layer 1 provides trust and settlement, and THEO powers the economy. THEO is designed as the common economic layer through which developers consume infrastructure, providers earn for supplying resources, and activity is settled.

“Distribution matters, but sequence matters more,” said Todd Mortenson, Founder and Managing Director of Autheo. “Many projects open a market first and build the reason for it later. We did it the other way around. Mainnet has been live since May, secured by 156 validators, and it was running months before THEO traded anywhere. Now THEO trades on Base and Robinhood Chain, and next week MEXC opens it to a global centralized market. Liquidity without infrastructure is just a market. Infrastructure without liquidity is just a network. As DevHub and the Infrastructure Marketplace come into public use, these stop being announcements and start compounding. Developers build applications, applications consume infrastructure, and that activity settles in THEO. That is the difference between listing an asset and building an economy.”

How to Trade and Stake THEO Today

THEO is available today through permissionless decentralized markets on Base and Robinhood Chain: THEO / USDC on Hydrex on Base, THEO / USDG on Uniswap v3 on Robinhood Chain, and THEO / NVDA on Uniswap on Robinhood Chain, live September 24. Beginning October 1, THEO is also scheduled to become available through MEXC.

Official trading links, verified contract addresses and purchasing instructions are available at https://www.autheo.com/token-launch. THEO holders can also stake directly from a wallet via Autheo’s THEO staking pool on Robinhood Chain, powered by Team Finance at autheo.com/staking, with no account, hardware or node operation required. Reward and unstaking terms are set by the staking pool contract. The pool is scheduled to close on October 10, 2026.

This expansion from THEO / NVDA convergence today to MEXC global distribution next week highlights Autheo’s approach of building infrastructure before liquidity. As DevHub and Infrastructure Marketplace reach public use, expanding market access is intended to align with growing utility demand across decentralized compute, storage, networking and AI services.
