Luna answers employee requests in plain language, from PTO queries to time-off booking and paystub access. Employees can ask "How much PTO do I have left?" and see every kind of time off they are eligible for — PTO, sick, personal and any custom bank. Luna shows current, scheduled and available hours for every accrual bucket in one answer and can book time off by working out hours behind phrases like "next Thursday and Friday."
For employers, Luna answers queries such as "Who hasn't signed the new employee handbook yet?" and "Anything stalled for more than five days?" It returns every recipient grouped by status, surfaces people who have stalled with a custom follow-up window, and traces one document end-to-end with full history including sent, viewed, reminded, signed, and downloaded timestamps.
Asure has concentrated Luna's agentic capabilities in areas where employers face recurring administrative burden and financial risk: employee service, payroll preparation, payroll execution, tax and compliance, and money movement and employer administration.
A conventional AI assistant tells an employer three employees appear to have missing time. An agentic system does the work: the issue is identified, managers contacted, corrections incorporated into workflow, and unresolved exceptions routed for human review before payroll closes.
