Alore brings more than 15 years of global B2B marketing leadership experience across enterprise software and SaaS organizations. Throughout her career, she helped companies scale growth, modernize go-to-market strategies, and strengthen customer engagement across international markets. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Flexera, where she led global marketing strategy and growth initiatives. Prior to Flexera, she held senior marketing leadership roles at Ivanti and Iron Mountain.

As CMO, Alore will lead Assent's global marketing strategy as the company expands its AI-native platform for manufacturers, distributors and suppliers. An early advocate for AI in marketing, Alore has driven teams to adopt leading-edge technologies and data-driven strategies that improve performance, strengthen customer relationships, and drive measurable growth.
