ASAPP has introduced Continuous Red Teaming to its Customer Experience Platform (CXP), integrating real-time adversarial AI testing to strengthen trust in enterprise AI systems.
As enterprises increasingly deploy AI agents capable of taking actions rather than just answering queries, security demands have evolved. Static safety filters and periodic audits fall short against sophisticated adversarial techniques. ASAPP’s new Continuous Red Teaming capability embeds ongoing adversarial testing directly into its model evaluation framework, helping security teams maintain visibility into potential vulnerabilities.
The solution continuously runs automated tests across ASAPP’s AI systems using Promptfoo, an AI security platform. This delivers real-time data that enterprise customers need to confidently deploy AI in production environments.
“Enterprise AI builds trust through proven results at scale,” stated Priya Vijayarajendran, CEO of ASAPP. “Organizations using AI for essential customer interactions deserve solid proof, not just promises. Our dedication to Continuous Red Teaming guarantees we meet and exceed that commitment every single day.”
Core Model Integrity and Control
ASAPP’s platform continuously tests against adversarial jailbreaking techniques, including many-shot attacks, character-level obfuscations, system override attempts, and probes for hallucinated authority that could lead to unauthorized commitments.
Data Privacy and Knowledge Base Security
In retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) deployments, the system evaluates risks such as indirect prompt injection through poisoned documents, knowledge base exfiltration, and cross-session personally identifiable information (PII) leakage.
Agentic and Operational Security
The red teaming validates that AI agents cannot be manipulated into unauthorized data access, used for network reconnaissance, or exploited through tool-calling to expose system architecture.
A risk benchmarking framework tracks the Attack Success Rate (ASR) for every model update. Automated graders reduce human bias, and results align with industry standards including the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
"CISOs and procurement teams looking at enterprise AI need more than a vendor's word that their systems are safe," said Khash Kiani, CISO of ASAPP. "Trust has to be earned through specific metrics, a clear approach, and a regular reporting system to share with their boards. We have created a safety architecture that automatically identifies and fixes weaknesses in real time. This is the standard that enterprise AI should aim for, and we are committed to leading the way."
This launch reinforces ASAPP’s commitment to responsible AI deployment, offering enterprises the transparency and continuous validation required for large-scale customer experience automation.
