Asana, Inc. (NYSE: ASAN) announced on September 9, 2025, that Arnab Bose will assume the role of Chief Product Officer starting September 16, 2025. Bose, previously Chief Product Officer at Okta, will lead Asana’s product strategy, focusing on integrating AI to enhance human collaboration and drive productivity. His appointment aligns with Asana’s mission to help enterprises realize the full potential of AI through its Work Graph, which connects people, projects, and processes.
Bose brings extensive experience from Okta, where he drove the strategy for Workforce and Customer Identity solutions, building an orchestration layer connecting millions of users to thousands of applications. He led Okta Identity Governance from launch to over $100M in annual recurring revenue and contributed to strategic acquisitions enhancing security capabilities. With prior leadership roles at Salesforce and Microsoft, Bose has built enterprise products reaching billions of users and holds over 15 patents. “Arnab thinks beyond features to building a multi-product platform that serves users across the enterprise,” said Asana CEO Dan Rogers.
“Most AI tools only help individuals and can't orchestrate team productivity, which is why ROI from AI remains low,” Rogers noted. Asana’s Work Graph addresses this gap by providing AI with the context needed to align teams and execute goals, enhanced by Smart Workflows and upcoming AI Teammates. Bose’s experience in navigating technological shifts—from cloud to mobile to AI—positions him to lead Asana’s innovation in this space. “I believe an even larger transformation is coming in how humans collaborate with AI,” Bose said, emphasizing Asana’s unique role in this evolution.
Asana’s stock (ASAN) is currently priced at $13.88 USD, with a market cap of $3.25 billion. Recent fiscal Q2 2026 earnings reported an EPS of $0.06, surpassing expectations, and revenue of $196.9 million, a 10% year-over-year increase. The stock has shown a 1-year range of $11.59 to $21.34, with analysts projecting profitability this year.
