Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. has appointed KC McClure to its Board of Directors. McClure, a seasoned finance executive with more than 37 years of experience, most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Accenture from 2019 to 2024 and later as a senior advisor to the company. Her extensive background in financial operations, investor relations, and global leadership will support AMD’s continued execution of its high-performance and AI computing strategy.
McClure’s proven track record in scaling large-scale financial organizations and driving operational excellence aligns with AMD’s focus on innovation across cloud and AI infrastructure, edge computing, and consumer technologies. Her global perspective and experience overseeing investor relations will be valuable as AMD continues to expand its full-stack AI solutions portfolio, including AI-optimized CPUs, GPUs, networking, and software.
