Effective July 16, 2026, Villani will continue serving as Executive Chairman while retaining his responsibilities as Chief Investment Officer through the newly established President's Office.
In his expanded position, Villani will work closely with Chief Executive Officer Brittany Kaiser and the executive leadership team to drive corporate strategy, oversee capital allocation, and strengthen operational execution across the organization.
The leadership appointment aligns with Alpha Compute's long-term vision of expanding its AI GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) and AI Confidential Compute capabilities.
