AlertMedia, a leading provider of risk intelligence and response solutions, has announced four executive leadership promotions to accelerate its AI momentum and customer growth. The company has appointed its first President and first Chief AI Officer as part of a strategic expansion of its leadership team.
Alex Vaccaro, formerly Chief Marketing Officer, promoted to first President of AlertMedia, reporting to CEO Christopher Kenessey.
Eric Curwin appointed as first Chief AI Officer to lead AI design and development across the platform and business.
Stuart Gray promoted to Chief Customer Officer and John Yarbrough to Chief Marketing Officer, both joining the executive leadership team.
AlertMedia continues releasing AI-native products and embedding AI across its platform and operations.
The company serves more than 3,500 organizations across over 150 countries, including DHL, JetBlue, and Walmart.

Alex Vaccaro, formerly Chief Marketing Officer, has been named the company’s first President. In this role, Vaccaro will lead strategic initiatives, including AlertMedia’s AI strategy, as the company continues releasing AI native products and embedding AI across its platform and operations. Vaccaro has been a principal architect of the go-to-market strategy that grew the company from an early-stage startup into a market leader with well over $100 million in ARR.
The company also appointed Eric Curwin as the first Chief AI Officer. Formerly VP of Data & AI, Curwin will work closely with Vaccaro on AI strategy and lead AI design and development across the platform and business. As Chief AI Officer, Curwin will set architectural standards and security governance for AI systems across the platform.
Additionally, Stuart Gray has been promoted to Chief Customer Officer from SVP of Customer Experience, and John Yarbrough to Chief Marketing Officer from SVP of Corporate Marketing. Both join the executive leadership team.
