Aeris, the secure connectivity platform for Physical AI and Intelligent IoT, today launched its next-generation Aeris eSIM Orchestrator for the Aeris IoT Accelerator global connectivity management platform. The enhanced solution introduces support for the GSMA SGP.32 specification for IoT eSIM remote management, Single SKU eSIM and Aeris eIM as a Service, which come together to enable mobile network operators, original equipment manufacturers and enterprises to scale global IoT deployments while minimizing complexity.

New SGP.32 orchestration, Single SKU eSIM and eIMaaS bring speed, simplicity and scale to global IoT deployments.

Quick Intel

  • Aeris launches next-gen Aeris eSIM Orchestrator formerly eSIM Hub for IoT Accelerator platform.
  • Introduces SGP.32 IoT eSIM remote management support alongside existing SGP.02 M2M and SGP.22 Consumer specs; access to 30 operators pre-integrated across all three.
  • Three new capabilities: SGP.32 eSIM Orchestrator for automated profile management via policies and events, Single SKU eSIM for one device variant globally, eIMaaS or Bring Your Own eIM from Thales, G+D, Kigen, IDEMIA.
  • IoT Accelerator manages 110M IoT devices, 44M eSIM based representing 40% of base vs 12% broader market, growing 20%+ YoY.
  • Serves 7,000+ enterprises, devices attaching in 200+ countries monthly, 70% attachments on partner's own network rather than roaming.
  • Recognized by Frost & Sullivan as Global Competitive Strategy Leader 2025 and 2026 and Counterpoint Research leader in 2026 eSIM orchestration report.

Enabling Frictionless eSIM Operations Across Device Lifecycle

Today's launch adds support for the SGP.32 IoT eSIM specification for remote management to an environment that already supports the SGP.02 M2M eSIM and SGP.22 Consumer eSIM specifications. One connection to Aeris IoT Accelerator now gives customers access to a community of 30 operators with pre-integrated support across all three generations of eSIM standards.

Aeris is introducing three new capabilities to build on that foundation: Aeris SGP.32 eSIM Orchestrator for automated profile management. Instead of managing profiles device by device, customers can use policies and events to automate which local profile a device holds, when it downloads it, what it's permitted to do and what happens when something fails.

Aeris Single SKU eSIM for simpler global deployment. OEMs can build and ship one device variant globally, while enterprises can deploy the same device model across markets and assign the appropriate local operator profile after deployment. That reduces the need for market-specific SIM or device variants and lets connectivity decisions happen closer to deployment.

Aeris eIMaaS or eIM integrations for flexible eSIM operations. Customers can use Aeris eIM as a Service, a fully managed eSIM IoT remote Manager integrated into IoT Accelerator to provide a turnkey solution for SGP.32 profile switching. Alternatively, customers can bring their own eIM of choice from leading eSIM vendors: Thales, G+D, Kigen and IDEMIA.

For OEMs, MNOs and enterprises, the challenge isn't changing a SIM profile on one device; it's doing it reliably across thousands or millions of devices. SGP.32 provides the foundation, but orchestration makes it work at global scale.

Built for the Physical AI World

The future of IoT is increasingly tied to the rise of Physical AI, as connected vehicles, machines and infrastructure become more intelligent and autonomous. That evolution demands connectivity that can adapt as devices move across markets and networks and requirements change.

As connected systems become more intelligent and autonomous, their connectivity has to keep pace. Physical AI deployments such as autonomous vehicles, industrial robotics and smart infrastructure need to operate across markets and networks without manual reconfiguration as devices move or requirements evolve.

The expanded IoT eSIM orchestration offering gives Aeris IoT Accelerator another critical layer of control for the Physical AI environment. Policy-based management lets connectivity adapt remotely across markets and device lifecycles, while Single SKU eSIM and eIMaaS reduce deployment and operational complexity. Aeris IoT Watchtower adds optional network-level security.
