Adobe today announced Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker, activating agentic AI for organizations to power and orchestrate customer experiences with more efficiency. CX Enterprise Coworker synthesizes intelligence from Adobe applications including Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, and Target.
The solution will be generally available in the coming months.
