At Sutherland Global Services, he served as Chief Data & Analytics Officer, launching accelerators in CX, financial services, and healthcare while building a global data and AI/ML organization for Fortune 1000 clients. Earlier roles at Neustar and MarketShare involved commercializing decision-intelligence products.
