SNP SE and Palantir have announced a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating SAP transformation projects through artificial intelligence. Revealed during SNP's Transformation World event in Heidelberg, Germany, the collaboration combines SNP's expertise in SAP data migration with Palantir's AI and data platform capabilities to help enterprises modernize SAP environments more efficiently.
SNP and Palantir have entered into a strategic partnership to develop AI-driven solutions that simplify and accelerate complex SAP transformation projects for enterprise customers.
The collaboration brings together SNP's experience in SAP data migration and business transformation with Palantir's artificial intelligence and enterprise data platforms. Together, the companies aim to improve project speed, efficiency, and quality across a wide range of SAP modernization initiatives.
The partnership was officially announced during SNP's annual Transformation World event held in Heidelberg, Germany.
"Organizations are looking for new ways to increase speed, efficiency, and quality in large-scale SAP transformations," said Jens Amail, CEO of SNP. "We are hugely excited to collaborate with Palantir, a company that has leveraged AI to revolutionize and accelerate the way enterprises modernize mission-critical systems and automate operations. Together, we will deliver secure outcomes and new solutions to customers and partners."
The first solution resulting from the partnership is Test Data Proposal, an AI-powered capability designed to automate one of the most time-consuming aspects of SAP migration projects—identifying appropriate test data for customer-defined testing scenarios.
Traditionally performed through manual processes, test data selection can delay migration timelines and increase project complexity. By applying artificial intelligence, the new solution automates this task, helping organizations reduce effort while improving project efficiency.
Test Data Proposal will be integrated into SNP's Kyano platform as part of its expanding portfolio of AI-powered transformation capabilities.
Beyond the initial solution, SNP and Palantir will collaborate on enterprise migrations to SAP Cloud ERP applications.
The partnership combines SNP's decades of experience delivering secure, compliant, and auditable SAP data migrations with Palantir's AI-driven software platforms to help organizations accelerate modernization programs while maintaining operational continuity.
The companies expect the collaboration to support customers undertaking complex enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
"We have seen exceptional momentum accelerating SAP migrations for customers, and helping them do so via the Ontology and AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platform) in a way that significantly compresses the timeline and delivers operational value along the way," said Sameer Kirtane, Head of US Commercial at Palantir. "SNP over the last 30 years has built an impressive track record of delivering predictable, compliant and auditable outcomes in thousands of successful engagements. We are proud to partner with SNP to fundamentally rethink how customers transform their SAP landscapes."
The strategic partnership reflects the growing role of artificial intelligence in enterprise modernization projects, particularly for organizations seeking to reduce complexity, improve automation, and accelerate SAP cloud adoption.
By combining AI-powered automation with proven SAP transformation expertise, SNP and Palantir aim to help customers shorten migration timelines while improving the quality and predictability of large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
