Sharon AI Holdings Inc., a leading Australian Neocloud, has announced a significant expansion of its AI Cloud services business through a five-year, US$1.25 billion Total Contract Value (TCV) AI infrastructure agreement with ESDS Software Solutions Ltd. The customer has an option to extend the agreement for an additional two years.
Under the terms of the agreement, Sharon AI will deploy an 8K B300 cluster within one of its existing data center providers in Australia. This deployment will deliver significant GPU capacity to support the customer’s AI initiatives.
