Lata Varghese joins with a background in technology services, CXO advisory, and business transformation from her tenure at Cognizant and Randstad Digital, where she played a key role in shifting the company towards a global tech solutions firm. Her domain expertise spans financial services, digital banking, and blockchain.
Phani Kishore Burre brings over two decades of experience in IT transformation for Fortune 100 clients across retail, healthcare, and financial services. In his previous role at Brillio, he led the Digital Infrastructure practice, helping customers accelerate cloud adoption and integrate AI and Generative AI into their transformation journeys.
The appointments signal Rackspace's intensified focus on delivering tangible results for its clients. The new leaders are tasked with strengthening the company's operating model and improving the execution of its service delivery.
