The company's demand-led deployment model places capacity into available pockets of power across a distributed network of colocation sites, enabling it to bring GPU capacity online in months, not years.
The agreement adds a two-year, take-or-pay commitment of more than $18 million to the company's book of business. A take-or-pay provision requires the buyer to either accept delivery of the goods or pay a penalty, ensuring the supplier receives compensation and reducing risk for capital-intensive infrastructure investments.
The announcement follows QumulusAI's recent approval as an NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) within the NVIDIA Partner Network, reinforcing its ability to bring high-performance compute online quickly to meet growing customer demand. The NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPUs offer 288GB of HBM3e memory per GPU and are designed for advanced AI reasoning and inference workloads.
