In his new role, reporting directly to CEO Scott Chasin, Moon will be tasked with translating Pax8's strategic vision into technological reality. His mandate is to advance the platform as an AI-powered ecosystem that empowers SMBs and the managed service providers (MSPs) that serve them.

Moon's background includes senior engineering and science leadership roles at both high-growth startups and large global corporations. He has been part of teams that scaled companies from product-market fit through IPO or acquisition four times, grew revenue to over $1 billion on two occasions, and built products used by over a billion customers worldwide. His experience spans companies like LinkedIn, Wealthfront, Climate, Indeed, and Bayer, giving him extensive insight into building and leading global technology teams.
Moon articulated a clear vision for the role of AI in Pax8's future, seeing the current moment as a pivotal shift. “Pax8’s vision for where the industry is headed, and a corresponding strategy to deliver scalable managed intelligence, inspires and energizes me.
