Evaluating Oracle’s Expanding Ecosystem

ISG’s study examines the growing ecosystem of Oracle service providers enabling cloud and AI-driven transformation for enterprises worldwide. Oracle has strengthened its leadership through investments in OCI and the Fusion Applications SaaS suite, bolstered by partnerships with industry leaders like OpenAI, Meta, and NVIDIA. “Oracle is broadening its ecosystem to provide advanced cloud and AI capabilities that improve scalability and deliver measurable outcomes to enterprises,” said Aman Munglani, senior director and principal analyst at ISG. The reports will help enterprise buyers evaluate vendor relationships and assist ISG advisors in recommending providers to clients.

Comprehensive Assessment Across Three Quadrants

The ISG Provider Lens® reports will evaluate providers across three key quadrants: Professional Services, Managed Services, and OCI Solutions and Capabilities. Professional Services will assess providers offering strategic advisory, cloud readiness assessments, application migration, and change management, emphasizing the use of generative AI and agentic AI for integration and innovation. Managed Services will evaluate MSPs for their Oracle portfolio specializations, focusing on flexible delivery models and robust security frameworks. OCI Solutions and Capabilities will cover providers specializing in OCI’s IaaS and PaaS models, assessing their ability to modernize IT environments and drive digital transformation.

Global and Regional Insights

The study will produce geographically focused reports covering the global Oracle cloud and technology ecosystem, with specific insights for the U.S., Europe, Brazil, and Asia Pacific. ISG analysts Roman Pelzel, Siddharth Idnani, Maharshi Pandya, Sonam Vijay Chawla, and Cristiane Tarricone will author the reports, drawing on surveys from nearly 60 providers and ISG’s global advisory expertise. The reports will include expanded customer experience (CX) data from ISG’s continuous research, providing real-world insights into provider performance and client outcomes.
