Infosys announced on August 13, 2025, a joint venture with Telstra, Australia’s leading telecommunications company, to accelerate AI-powered cloud and digital transformation for Australian enterprises. Infosys will acquire a 75% stake in Versent Group, a Telstra subsidiary, to enhance its AI and cloud capabilities.

Strategic Collaboration

Infosys will take operational control of Versent Group, a leading digital transformation provider, combining Telstra’s connectivity, Versent’s local expertise, and Infosys’s global scale. The partnership enhances Versent’s capabilities with Infosys Topaz for AI and Infosys Cobalt for cloud, alongside cybersecurity from The Missing Link. “This collaboration will propel AI-enabled cloud and digital solutions for Australian businesses,” Infosys stated.
