Infosys will deploy Oracle Cloud HCM to consolidate Telenor Shared Services’ HR, financial, supply chain, and project management functions into a single platform. This end-to-end integration eliminates silos, improves data quality, and enables real-time insights through advanced analytics and dashboards. The solution supports Telenor’s global workforce by providing intuitive tools that enhance engagement and streamline administrative tasks.
Oracle Cloud HCM’s embedded AI capabilities automate routine HR processes, such as talent management and workforce planning, while offering scalable, cloud-native architecture. This enables TSS to respond agilely to operational demands and regulatory requirements, fostering a seamless employee experience.
