John Garvey brings over 30 years of expertise in managing global financial institutions and technology organizations, with a focus on strategy, operations, technology, and risk. Previously, he led PwC’s financial services vertical, a practice with 60,000 professionals generating $14 billion annually. Garvey also served as COO of Instinet, then the world’s third-largest stock exchange, and as CEO of Cybertrust, a cybersecurity firm acquired by Verizon.

Peter Gray joins with extensive experience in technology and financial services, having recently served as VP of Implementations at Transit Technologies, where he scaled implementation teams. Previously, as SVP of Digital Solutions at Fiserv, he supported banks and credit unions with digital transformation. Gray’s prior roles at Alkami Technology, ACI Worldwide, S1, and Metavante involved managing multi-million-dollar banking projects globally.
