TeamViewer CoPilot: Real-Time AI Assistance

TeamViewer CoPilot, a core component of TeamViewer Intelligence, embeds a contextual AI assistant within remote support sessions. IT agents can interact with CoPilot to access device data, diagnose issues, generate resolution workflows, or automate tasks like opening Task Manager or pulling system logs. Beyond IT support, TeamViewer Intelligence extends its AI capabilities to field operations through Assist AR. This feature automatically transcribes and summarizes remote video assistance calls, enabling service technicians and deskless workers to document interactions quickly while maintaining compliance.
