CTM has introduced two major platform enhancements designed to strengthen conversation analytics and marketing attribution. The updates include a native OpenAI Ads attribution integration and AskCTM, an AI-powered assistant that simplifies the deployment of CTM's AI capabilities, helping businesses better connect AI-driven advertising with customer conversations.
CTM has expanded its conversation analytics platform with new capabilities aimed at improving marketing attribution and AI adoption. The latest updates address the growing use of AI-powered advertising while simplifying access to the platform's existing AI tools.
The enhancements include native attribution for OpenAI Ads campaigns and an in-platform AI assistant that helps organizations configure AI features without requiring technical expertise.
As AI-powered advertising continues to evolve, marketers face increasing challenges in measuring how AI-generated customer interactions contribute to conversions. CTM's new OpenAI Ads integration enables organizations to attribute phone calls generated through ChatGPT advertising campaigns and connect those interactions directly to campaign performance.
The platform also synchronizes qualified conversion events back to OpenAI, extending closed-loop attribution capabilities already available for advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and Microsoft.
"Phone calls are still where high-intent customers show up, and that's not changing," said Todd Fisher, co-founder and CEO of CTM. "What's changing is where those calls are coming from. OpenAI ad channels are coming fast, and our customers need to be able to connect every one of those touchpoints back to a conversation. These updates are about making sure no channel becomes a blind spot."
CTM has also introduced AskCTM, a consultative AI assistant built directly into the platform. The AI agent helps customers configure and deploy CTM's AI capabilities, including AskAI, ChatAI, and VoiceAI, without relying on engineering teams or account managers.
By guiding users through AI configuration using business-specific workflows, AskCTM is intended to reduce onboarding complexity and accelerate adoption of advanced conversation intelligence features.
"Our customers have some of the most sophisticated use cases on the platform, but getting AI features configured to match them has always required a level of technical depth that not everyone has," said Seth Wright, Associate Principal, AI Software Engineer at CTM. "AskCTM changes that. It meets users where they are and walks them through setup in a way that actually maps to their business, so the people closest to the customer can get value from these tools without needing an engineer in the room."
Both the OpenAI Ads integration and AskCTM are now available to all CTM customers. Together, the updates expand CTM's conversation intelligence platform by improving marketing attribution across emerging AI advertising channels while making AI-powered analytics more accessible to users with varying technical expertise.
The latest enhancements reinforce CTM's focus on helping organizations connect conversations with measurable business outcomes through advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and end-to-end attribution.
