Enhancement Drives Greater Efficiency, Visibility, and Seamless Collaboration for In-House Legal Teams

Coheso, the AI-native legal front door and work management platform for in-house legal and compliance teams, today announced a major new capability: seamless integration and granular data mapping with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems. This powerful enhancement enables information captured through Coheso's legal front door to be leveraged seamlessly throughout CLM systems, kicking off downstream processes and populating contract templates. The new capability also pulls important data back into Coheso's work management module for a centralized view of legal requests of all types. This combination streamlines legal workflows, improves visibility, and accelerates business velocity.

"In-house legal teams are being asked to move faster, collaborate more closely with the business, and deliver greater strategic impact – all while managing growing complexity," said Ned Gannon, CEO and Co-founder of Coheso. "With our new universal CLM connector, we're closing critical gaps between intake, triage, and contract generation, ensuring that legal teams can maintain control while accelerating business workflows and enabling smoother collaboration."

Since its launch, Coheso's legal front door and work management platform has provided legal and compliance teams with an AI-powered universal gateway to process, manage, and respond to all legal and compliance questions and requests. Routine inquiries are answered automatically with AI-driven responses backed by company-specific documents and policies, while more complex requests are efficiently gathered, prioritized, and routed. This results in up to 70% faster attorney responses with heightened data visibility.

Now, with the new CLM integration capabilities, for contract related requests, information collected during intake can automatically trigger contract workflows directly – reducing friction, eliminating duplicative data entry, and improving consistency across legal and business operations. Fields are easily mapped between the Coheso platform and a client's CLM, ensuring alignment with internal processes. The integration is designed for flexibility, making it easy to adapt to a range of CLMs or other workflow tools as organizational needs evolve.

Effie Dower, Vice President, Legal, M42 & Legal Services Innovator of the Year noted: "Coheso's AI-native legal front door and work management platform takes routine questions off our legal team's plate while simultaneously allocating and gathering information related to more complex requests. Collaborating in a centralized environment that's integrated with other tools has increased efficiency and visibility – empowering us to amplify our impact throughout the company."

The announcement follows a strategic investment from Tola Capital, signaling strong conviction in Coheso's vision to transform legal work through AI and fundamentally reshape legal workflows. Tola Capital – recognized for backing high-growth enterprise software companies – joins existing investors Crew Capital, Character, FirsthandVC, Carnegie Mellon University, and a group of strategic angels to fuel the next stage of Coheso's growth and innovation.

Coheso will be showcasing the platform at the CLOC Global Institute conference on May 5-8 in Las Vegas. Gannon will also be speaking at the ITechLaw World Technology Law Conference on May 14-16 in San Diego. Demos are available upon request through the company's website at https://www.coheso.ai/.
