Exceeding Financial Expectations

Aeries Technology outperformed its financial projections for FY2025, achieving a Core Adjusted EBITDA of $7.4 million, a 365% increase from the previous year and above the forecasted range of $6–7 million. This milestone reflects the company’s disciplined execution and strategic realignment toward high-growth opportunities. Starting in FY2026, Aeries will phase out Core Adjusted EBITDA reporting, focusing instead on Adjusted EBITDA and GAAP results to provide clearer insights into its operational performance.

Robust Growth in North America

The company reported a 15% year-over-year revenue increase in North America, reaching $65.5 million. “We began the year forecasting $6–7 million in Core Adjusted EBITDA and ended at $7.4 million, a 365% increase over the previous year, and above the guidance we provided,” said Ajay Khare, Chief Executive Officer of Aeries. “We exited non-core geographies—including the Middle East—and fully realigned around our core North American market.” This strategic shift underscores Aeries’ commitment to capitalizing on its strong market presence in North America.

Strategic Focus on AI and GCC Delivery

Aeries strengthened its position as a leader in AI-enabled business transformation and GCC delivery, particularly for private equity-backed businesses. With over 13 years of expertise in GCC leadership, the company has deepened its engagement with clients, leveraging AI-driven solutions to drive value creation. Enhanced cost controls and a focus on scalable platforms have positioned Aeries for sustained growth in FY2026.

Outlook for FY2026

As Aeries enters FY2026, its momentum is driven by a refined focus on North America, a growing portfolio of AI-driven engagements, and a scalable operational platform. The company’s strategic exit from non-core geographies and emphasis on private equity portfolio companies ensure it is well-equipped to meet evolving market demands.

Aeries Technology’s FY2025 performance highlights its ability to deliver strong financial results while positioning itself for future growth. With a clear focus on AI-driven transformation and GCC delivery, the company is poised to continue driving value for its clients and shareholders.
