Zocks, the privacy-first AI platform for financial services, today announced the launch of Zocks Client Queries. Client Queries is a new agentic AI product capability that lets advisors and enterprise firms identify untapped organic growth opportunities and unmet client service needs across their entire book of business, in seconds, using plain language. With Client Queries, advisors can ask specific questions like, "Which clients have a 401(k) with a previous employer we could consolidate?" or "Which clients have a review due this quarter with over $500,000 in held-away assets?" Within seconds, they receive a list of clients that fit those parameters.
Zocks Client Queries enables advisors to ask plain-language questions across entire book of business.
Answers draw from CRM, financial plans, tax, portfolio, estate, insurance data, and conversations.
Automated next steps include personalized emails, CRM updates, and meeting scheduling.
Use cases include held-away asset discovery, age milestone outreach, and estate plan follow-ups.
Zocks AI assistant saves advisors 10+ hours a week.
Webinar scheduled for June 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
From there, advisors are prompted with a set of automated next steps, like sending a personalized email that Zocks has already drafted, creating opportunities in a CRM system, or scheduling a meeting, moving seamlessly from insight to action.
On the servicing side, advisors can identify and act on service gaps across their entire book at once. For example, advisors can ask, "Which clients have a significant age milestone in the next 90 days, and we haven't spoken with them in the past 12 months?" or "Which clients mentioned a major life change but haven't updated their estate plan?" Client Queries enables this level of proactive service across every client in a book, not just the top tier.
The answers run on AI-powered intelligence that no single system could surface alone. Zocks continuously builds and maintains a comprehensive profile for every client, drawing from connected systems — such as CRM records, financial plans, tax, portfolio, estate, and insurance data — as well as every conversation, meeting, email, and shared document over the course of the relationship.
Client Queries reasons across those profiles in real time, returning a precise, actionable list and automated workflow in seconds. The result is a level of speed, personalization, and insight for advisors and firms that traditional lead generation and prospecting approaches cannot replicate.
"Every advisor-client relationship and conversation contains signals that point to the next opportunity, whether that's a life change, a servicing need, or a held-away asset," said Mark Gilbert, CEO of Zocks. "With Client Queries, firms can query across personal and financial information to operationalize those signals for every advisor, and deliver on the scale and consistency that manual processes can't. What once required hours of research can now happen in minutes, at a fraction of the cost."
"For our advisors, Client Queries removes the friction between having an idea to engage clients and quickly acting on it. For the enterprise, it gives us a way to operationalize growth across every advisor's book simultaneously," said Dr. Jordan Hutchison, Vice President of Technology and Operations at RFG Advisory. "We can serve up the most relevant opportunities at scale, whether it's a firm-wide initiative like a life insurance awareness campaign, or identifying which clients are ready for a deeper planning conversation around a specific money-in-motion moment."
