O’Reilly brings over a decade of experience driving zero-to-scale growth in senior go-to-market roles. Since joining WRITER in 2024, he has led international expansion, built a high-performing global organization, and secured major enterprise customers across financial services, retail, telecom, and pharma—including AstraZeneca, Currys, and Vodafone. Under his direction, the international team achieved record ARR growth and established repeatable operational frameworks for enterprise scale. In his new role as COO, O'Reilly will continue leading WRITER’s EMEA hub while extending this proven operating model worldwide.
