Webflow has announced two leadership appointments as it continues expanding its AI-powered web marketing platform for enterprise customers. The company has promoted Ben Haefele to Chief Product Officer (CPO) and appointed Kieran Boyle as its first Senior Vice President of AI Transformation, reinforcing its focus on AI-driven product innovation and operational transformation.
Webflow announced the appointments as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team while advancing its vision for AI-powered digital experience creation.
The company said the leadership changes support its strategy of helping enterprise organizations build, manage, and optimize digital experiences through its agentic web marketing platform.
Ben Haefele has been promoted to Chief Product Officer after joining Webflow in 2022. With more than 15 years of experience across product management, engineering, and design, Haefele has played a role in the company's transition toward a multi-product enterprise platform.
In his new position, he will oversee Webflow's product and design organizations while leading product development focused on combining AI capabilities with enterprise-grade governance, design control, and brand consistency.
According to Webflow, the objective is to help enterprise marketing teams build trusted digital experiences while supporting long-term business growth.
Webflow has also appointed Kieran Boyle as its first Senior Vice President of AI Transformation.
Boyle brings more than two decades of experience in product development, engineering, and operational leadership, having previously held roles at Yahoo, Flurry, Tapjoy, Distill, and Opensense.
In the newly created position, he will lead Webflow's enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives, focusing on expanding AI-powered workflows, improving operational practices, and helping the organization become increasingly AI-native.
The company stated that Boyle will also help scale internal AI learnings across teams to improve execution and operational efficiency.
"Ben and Kieran bring the kind of leadership that will be critical as we enter Webflow's next chapter," said Linda Tong, CEO of Webflow. "Ben has helped shape Webflow's most important product decisions over the past few years, and Kieran's deep experience turning ambitious ideas into durable systems is invaluable as our team becomes increasingly AI-native. Together they will help transform the way our customers build for the future of the web, and how we do our own work internally."
The appointments reflect Webflow's continued investment in AI as the company expands its enterprise offerings and develops new capabilities for marketers, designers, and developers managing digital experiences at scale.
