USEReady has announced the launch of SemaBridge, a semantic interoperability platform designed to help enterprises maintain consistent business definitions across business intelligence tools and modern cloud data environments. The announcement comes ahead of Snowflake Summit 2026, where the company plans to showcase the platform’s capabilities for semantic modernization and AI readiness on Snowflake.
SemaBridge is designed to address a growing challenge facing enterprise data teams as organizations modernize analytics environments and adopt AI-powered workflows. Over time, business logic such as KPI definitions, hierarchies, measures, and filters often becomes fragmented across multiple BI platforms, resulting in inconsistencies in analytics outputs and AI-generated insights.
USEReady says semantic drift occurs when dashboards, AI agents, and analytics tools interpret business-critical metrics differently, creating operational inefficiencies and reducing trust in enterprise data systems.
The platform extracts semantic models from BI environments including Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik, then converts them into an open and versioned canonical standard. These governed definitions can then be deployed into Snowflake Semantic Views, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Agents, and Snowflake Intelligence to ensure consistency across analytics and AI applications.
SemaBridge operates entirely within the customer’s infrastructure and does not store credentials, making it suitable for regulated industries and privacy-sensitive enterprise environments. The platform also provides full lineage tracking and immutable audit trails for governance and compliance visibility.
"Many enterprises want to take the business logic they already trust in Power BI and make it available inside Snowflake for analytics and AI," said Uday Hegde, Co-founder and CEO, USEReady. "SemaBridge helps them do that without starting from scratch — translating existing semantic logic into governed, reusable definitions that power Snowflake Semantic Views, Cortex Analyst, and Cortex Agents consistently across the organization."
The company says the platform supports automated extraction and normalization of measures, hierarchies, relationships, dimensions, and filters while proactively identifying semantic drift and unsupported mappings before deployment.
SemaBridge also enables synchronization of semantic definitions across Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric environments. According to USEReady, the platform helps align AI-generated outputs with the same business logic used across enterprise dashboards and reporting systems.
Commenting on the announcement Lalit Bakshi, Co-founder and President, USEReady said, “Semantic drift is one of those problems that every data leader recognizes the moment you name it. With SemaBridge enterprises won’t have to choose between the BI investments they have made and the AI capabilities they want to adopt since it connects the two — without rework, without data movement, and without compromising governance."
The launch reflects increasing enterprise demand for governed AI frameworks and semantic consistency as organizations scale AI-powered analytics, decision intelligence, and agentic AI initiatives across cloud data platforms.
USEReady also announced limited Semantic Health Check and Cortex Agent Readiness proof-of-concept engagements for Snowflake customers looking to identify semantic inconsistencies and accelerate AI adoption strategies.
