TwelveLabs, soon to be the first video model provider on Amazon Bedrock, brings advanced multimodal neural network technology. LG CNS, a leader in enterprise AI for financial institutions like Shinhan Bank and Woori Bank, extends its AX capabilities into public sector and manufacturing.

“This partnership with LG CNS empowers our video understanding AI to create real value across critical industries,” said Jae Lee, CEO of TwelveLabs. “Together, we will maximize the value of video data and lay the foundation for Korea to emerge as a top-three global powerhouse in AI.”

Transforming Media and Broadcasting

Enhancing Public Safety and Investigations

For public safety and investigative services, the partnership focuses on leveraging video AI to improve efficiency and accuracy. Automated detection of specific events in CCTV footage, summarization of body cam and dash cam footage, and scene search for incident-related content will empower law enforcement and legal professionals. These capabilities align with LG CNS’s recent projects with the Korean National Police Agency and other public sector entities.

This approach ensures scalable, practical solutions that unlock the value of video data for enterprises.

LG CNS’s established presence in finance, public sector, and logistics, combined with TwelveLabs’ video AI expertise, positions the partnership to deliver transformative solutions globally. The collaboration aims to establish Korea as a leader in the AI landscape, leveraging video data to drive innovation across critical sectors.
