Tungsten Automation Corporation, a global leader in AI-powered document and workflow automation, has strengthened its executive team with three strategic appointments: Danielle Weinblatt as Chief Product Officer, Adam Field promoted to Chief AI Officer, and Ryan Hubbard as Executive Vice President and Head of Research & Development. These hires reflect the company’s sharpened focus on advancing its AI-first strategy, accelerating innovation, and delivering next-generation intelligent automation solutions for enterprise customers.
Danielle Weinblatt assumes the role of Chief Product Officer, overseeing the full product lifecycle—from vision and strategy to roadmap execution, design, and user experience. Her mandate includes delivering intuitive, cloud-native solutions that automate complex workflows with greater intelligence and speed while partnering closely with customers to shorten innovation cycles and expand AI features.
Weinblatt’s background includes leading transformative product organizations at SAP Taulia, 24/7 Software, Entelo, and as founder of ConveyIQ. Her track record demonstrates success in turning visionary concepts into market-leading enterprise products.
Adam Field, who has been with Tungsten Automation for four years, steps into the newly created Chief AI Officer position. He will focus on deepening AI capabilities across the product portfolio, driving internal AI adoption, improving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business outcomes for customers.
Field’s responsibilities also include accelerating AI growth through strategic ecosystem partnerships, developer engagement, and targeted M&A opportunities, positioning Tungsten as a leader in Agentic AI for intelligent automation.
Ryan Hubbard joins as Executive Vice President and Head of Research & Development to lead the global engineering and R&D organization. With more than two decades of experience founding and scaling software companies—including eVariant, YellowHammer, and Updater—he brings deep expertise in building high-performance engineering teams and implementing AI-driven development practices.
Hubbard will shape the technical strategy for next-generation AI-first solutions, advance platform engineering, scale modern development methodologies across distributed teams, and strengthen the innovation pipeline while maintaining enterprise-grade security, reliability, and performance.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Danielle and Ryan to Tungsten Automation, and I am very excited for Adam’s new role,” said Peter Hantman, CEO. “Danielle’s product vision, Adam’s ability to harness the power of AI, and Ryan’s technology leadership will be instrumental as we continue our transformation into an AI-first company.
