The layer uses a specialized query engine and AI-powered indexing to interpret natural language intent, reference knowledge graphs, and generate precise SQL—handling multi-fact relationships, complex calculations, and localization without chasm traps or misinterpretations.
A centralized Metrics Catalog prevents drift, while analysts create custom metrics, cohorts, calendars, and formulas through an intuitive UI. Data engineers prepare underlying models with SQL, and developers manage deployments via APIs with CI/CD and rollback support.
