“In SoundHound’s strongest ever quarter, many of our previous strategic moves delivered high-impact results with growth across every business unit,” said Keyvan Mohajer, CEO and Co-Founder of SoundHound AI. The company saw significant traction in key verticals:

  • Automotive: Secured a major OEM deal in China for its voice assistant, supporting multiple new languages, and expanded with KIA in India. The LLM-enhanced Chat AI rolled out across three major North American brands.

  • Restaurants: Achieved wins with Red Lobster, Peter Piper Pizza, and Applebee’s/IHOP, with expansions at Chipotle, Firehouse Subs, and others. Cross-sold the Amelia platform to a marquee restaurant customer for enhanced customer service.

  • Healthcare: Added clients like Primary Health Solutions and Allina Health, plus one of the world’s largest healthcare companies.

  • Financial Services: Engaged with 7 of the top 10 global financial institutions, with renewals and upsells in four, doubling automated conversation volume year-over-year.

Strategic Partnerships and Innovations

SoundHound AI advanced its agentic AI capabilities with the launch of Amelia 7, adopted by 15 large enterprise clients. The company also progressed voice commerce pilots with major automotive brands in the U.S. and Europe, enabling food, coffee, and parking orders. Strategic partnerships with EXL, Par Technologies, Acrelec, and AVANT Communications expanded its reach in restaurants and enterprise markets, while a doubled interaction volume with a CRM-focused partner underscored its growing ecosystem.

Financial Outlook and Market Response

SoundHound raised its 2025 revenue guidance to $160–$178 million, a 6% increase over the prior consensus of $159.6 million, reflecting confidence in sustained growth. The company’s stock closed at $10.80, just below the $11.00 analyst target, with a positive outlook from analysts citing no “sell” ratings.
