SNP has announced Kyano Lorna, a new agentic AI solution designed to support customers and partners throughout complex SAP transformation initiatives. Introduced during the company's Transformation World event in Heidelberg, the AI layer enhances the Kyano platform by bringing intelligent automation directly into enterprise migration projects.
The solution builds upon SNP's existing Kyano CrystalBridge platform, which already automates core SAP data migration. Kyano Lorna focuses on streamlining the surrounding activities that typically consume the majority of project time, including project preparation, configuration, validation, and issue resolution.

Available around the clock and capable of communicating in multiple languages, the platform delivers project-specific recommendations while helping organizations reduce manual effort and accelerate decision-making.
Unlike conventional AI chatbots, Kyano Lorna operates directly within active SAP transformation projects.
The solution combines a knowledge base built from thousands of completed SAP transformation engagements with direct access to customer SAP environments. This enables the platform to analyze system data, identify potential migration risks, generate transformation rules, perform root cause analysis, assist with issue resolution, and support data verification throughout the migration process.
By embedding AI into operational workflows, SNP aims to improve project execution while maintaining the precision and compliance required for enterprise SAP modernization.
Following its introduction at Transformation World, SNP plans to introduce Kyano Lorna through a phased rollout.
