RingCentral is expanding its agentic AI ecosystem with the launch of RingCentral AIR Pro™ (AI Representative), a voice-first, omnichannel AI agent platform designed to redefine customer engagement. The platform includes a no-code environment called AIR Pro Studio, enabling businesses to design, build, and deploy sophisticated voice and digital AI agents in minutes using natural language, all embedded directly within RingCentral's broader business communications and contact center platform.
