Revefi has introduced AI Observability and Agentic Observability, new platform capabilities that provide enterprises with unified visibility into the performance, cost, reliability, and behavior of LLM and AI agent deployments across major providers including OpenAI, Anthropic’s Claude, Google Gemini, and Google Vertex AI.

As enterprises accelerate AI adoption, the lack of comprehensive observability has become a major barrier to scaling LLMs and AI agents reliably in production. Revefi’s new capabilities close this gap by delivering a unified layer that monitors performance, traces agent behavior, tracks costs, and surfaces actionable insights—all without requiring separate tools or data silos.
“Enterprises are running dozens of AI agents and making thousands of model calls a day, but most still lack clear visibility into agent behavior, cost, and failure points,” said Sanjay Agrawal, Co-Founder and CEO of Revefi. “We built AI Observability and Agentic Observability to give data, AI, and engineering teams the visibility and actionable insight they need to manage AI infrastructure with confidence. Revefi helps enterprises move AI initiatives from experimentation to production by unifying data and AI operations.”
AI Observability provides benchmarking across leading models, real-time throughput metrics, failure rate tracking over time windows, and fully searchable logs of prompts and responses. Teams can quickly diagnose latency spikes, cost overruns, model inconsistencies, or quality degradation.
Agentic Observability extends this further by offering end-to-end attribution—from initial user interaction through multi-step agent execution to final model response. This enables detailed inspection of complex workflows, faster root-cause analysis, and improved auditing for compliance and governance.
Both features are now available in preview and support major LLM providers: OpenAI, Anthropic’s Claude, Google Gemini, and Google Vertex AI.
Revefi is showcasing these innovations at the Gartner 2026 Data & Analytics Summit in Orlando, March 9–11, at Booth 206, where attendees can experience live demonstrations.
The announcement aligns with Revefi’s broader mission to unify data and AI operations through its AI agent RADEN, which automates complex use cases and delivers up to 60% reduction in data spend and 10x improvement in operational efficiency for leading enterprises.
