Sullivan has led technology and business transformation across startups, scale-ups, and leading global technology companies. His experience includes executive leadership as a CEO and CTO, including Head of Solutions Architecture and CTO for ISV & SaaS at AWS, where he helped software companies modernize, innovate, and grow. As Render accelerates its next wave of AI innovation, Sullivan will partner with Chief Product & Partnership Officer Rob Laudati to strengthen the engineering organization while leading the technology, architecture, and software delivery that will help the company continue operating as an AI-first organization.
Sullivan joins as Render continues expanding ClearWay, its agentic AI layer built on Databricks. ClearWay brings AI beyond analysis and into execution through governed agents that validate work, guide decisions, and act on real-time field data. Sullivan will help scale the engineering organization and technical architecture that will accelerate the next generation of AI across the Render platform.
