Raptive has announced the launch of Raptive Intelligence, a new AI-focused business unit aimed at transforming how creator content, audience behavior, and commerce intersect in the age of artificial intelligence. The initiative expands Raptive’s role beyond creator monetization into AI-driven infrastructure designed to support brands, publishers, retailers, and AI platforms.
The launch also includes the acquisition of AlchemyAI, an agentic food-intelligence platform, strengthening Raptive’s ability to build structured knowledge systems for AI-powered discovery and commerce use cases.
Raptive Intelligence marks a strategic shift for the company as it evolves from a creator monetization platform into an AI-native infrastructure provider. The new unit is designed to connect premium creator content with AI systems, enabling better discovery, attribution, and commerce integration across the open internet.
According to the company, its existing advertising and monetization business will remain the foundation, while Raptive Intelligence builds new AI-driven products on top of its large-scale creator ecosystem.
"Raptive's core business has never been stronger, and that strength gives us permission to build boldly," said Michael Sanchez, CEO of Raptive. "We sit at the intersection of premium content, trusted creator relationships, audience behavior, commerce, and advertising. AI is how we connect those assets into something the market has never had access to before. John brings the technical depth, product vision and operating experience to scale this quickly, with creators at the center."
Raptive Intelligence is designed to help multiple stakeholders, including consumer brands, retailers, grocers, and AI platforms, better understand how creator-driven content influences consumer intent and purchasing decisions.
The company highlighted that AI systems increasingly require trusted, high-quality content sources to improve accuracy in recommendation and decision-making workflows. In response, Raptive plans to provide licensed data access, intelligence products, and agentic commerce infrastructure built on its publisher ecosystem.
The platform will initially focus on the food category, which Raptive identifies as one of its largest and most influential verticals. The company estimates its audience drives nearly $1 trillion in grocery purchasing power, making it a high-impact segment for AI-driven commerce innovation.
"No one needs trusted human expertise more than AI," said John Roa, Chief AI Officer and General Manager of Raptive Intelligence. "The quality of an agentic experience depends on the quality of the knowledge behind it. Raptive has the scale, category depth and trust to make creator expertise usable by AI and commerce systems in a way that benefits the people who produced it."
As part of the launch, Raptive acquired AlchemyAI, an agentic food-intelligence platform founded by John Roa. The system includes a structured knowledge graph that maps relationships between recipes, ingredients, nutrition data, substitutions, products, and consumer preferences.
This foundation will support Raptive Intelligence in powering AI-driven applications such as meal planning, product recommendation, grocery basket building, and personalized shopping assistance.
By combining this structured intelligence with Raptive’s large-scale publisher network, the company aims to improve how AI systems interpret and act on consumer intent in commerce-related contexts.
Raptive emphasized that its AI strategy is centered on ensuring that trusted creator content retains and grows its value in an AI-driven internet. The company plans to advocate for attribution frameworks, transparency standards, and revenue-sharing models that reward creators for the value their content generates within AI systems.
The launch also reflects a broader expansion into AI-powered tools for creators, enhanced advertising systems, audience intelligence platforms, and commerce-enabled content experiences.
"AI is changing the economics of the internet," said Michael Sanchez. "Raptive Intelligence is our answer: a way to help trusted content owners capture new value, help partners reach consumers with greater relevance and help AI-powered experiences become more reliable, useful and accountable."
