  • Rapidflare has partnered with DEEPX to enhance developer support and engineering workflows.
  • The platform integrates GitHub repositories, DXNN® SDK documentation, and internal engineering resources.
  • The collaboration aims to improve access to trusted, source-cited technical knowledge.
  • Rapidflare's platform is designed to support edge AI, robotics, and industrial automation environments.
  • The solution is already live within DEEPX's developer and technical support systems.
  • Both companies plan to expand capabilities for automated troubleshooting and real-time operational guidance.

Partnership Brings AI-Powered Knowledge Management to DEEPX

Rapidflare will deploy its agentic AI platform across DEEPX's developer ecosystem, creating a unified intelligence layer that connects multiple technical resources into a single searchable environment.

According to the companies, the platform consolidates GitHub repositories, DXNN® Software Development Kit (SDK) documentation, developer resources, and internal engineering systems, enabling developers and support teams to quickly access verified technical information.

The integration is intended to improve access to product knowledge while reducing the complexity associated with navigating fragmented documentation.

Supporting Developer Productivity and Technical Support

The companies said the platform delivers source-cited responses with direct links to relevant documentation, helping engineering teams locate information more efficiently while maintaining traceability and accuracy.

Rapidflare noted that the platform has been designed for engineering-intensive industries where explainability and reliable technical information are essential.

By leveraging structured knowledge graphs, reasoning capabilities, and tool-calling technologies, the platform transforms engineering documentation into searchable operational intelligence for developers, technical support teams, and customers.

Building Infrastructure for Physical AI

The collaboration also supports DEEPX's broader strategy for Physical AI by combining its edge AI semiconductor technology with Rapidflare's AI-powered knowledge platform.

According to the companies, DEEPX provides the underlying edge AI processing through its DX-M1 and DX-M2 Neural Processing Units (NPUs), while Rapidflare delivers the intelligence layer that assists with product configuration, troubleshooting, technical support, and developer enablement.

The platform can ingest engineering documents, schematics, maintenance records, and configuration guides to provide contextual guidance during deployment, maintenance, and system optimization.

"Physical AI systems will increasingly depend on trusted knowledge as much as they depend on compute," said Prush Palanichamy, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Rapidflare. "Our work with DEEPX demonstrates how organizations can create a reliable intelligence layer. Long term, we believe this becomes a foundational layer for how Physical AI platforms are built, supported, and continuously improved."

"Scaling Physical AI requires more than breakthrough silicon," said Tim Park, Strategic Marketing Director at DEEPX. "As our ecosystem grows, developers and customers need fast, reliable access to the knowledge required to build, optimize, and deploy on DEEPX. Rapidflare enables us to deliver that experience while maintaining the accuracy, traceability, and trust required in mission-critical technical environments."

Platform Now Available Across DEEPX Systems

Rapidflare confirmed that its platform is now fully integrated across DEEPX's developer enablement, engineering, and technical support environments.

Looking ahead, the companies plan to expand the collaboration by connecting technical documentation with operational feedback from deployed edge AI systems. Future enhancements are expected to support automated troubleshooting, self-diagnosis, and real-time configuration guidance for robotics, industrial automation, and other Physical AI applications operating at the edge.
