PolyAI has announced that it is opening access to its Agentic Dialog Platform, making the enterprise conversational AI infrastructure used by major global brands available to all builders and development teams.

The company says the platform, which powers customer conversations across 75 languages and 25 countries, is now accessible through a self-serve model free for the first two months. PolyAI also introduced tools that allow teams to build and deploy production-ready dialog agents in under ten minutes.

  • PolyAI opens its Agentic Dialog Platform to all builders and teams.
  • The platform powers enterprise conversational AI deployments across 75 languages and 25 countries.
  • Users can build production-ready dialog agents in under ten minutes.
  • PolyAI introduced Poly Agent Builder and an Agent Development Kit (ADK).
  • The platform is powered by Raven, a proprietary dialog model trained on over one billion enterprise conversations.
  • Access is free for the first two months.

PolyAI Expands Enterprise Conversational AI Access

PolyAI says the platform expansion is designed to make enterprise-grade conversational AI infrastructure more broadly accessible to developers, customer experience teams, and product organizations.

Previously used primarily by large enterprises including Marriott, Foot Locker, Caesars Entertainment, UniCredit, and PG&E, the platform is now available through open self-serve onboarding.

For the first time, users can create, test, and deploy production-ready dialog agents using the same infrastructure and orchestration systems supporting large-scale enterprise deployments.

"Everyone wants to move at the speed of thought right now: writing code, shipping products, using AI to do in minutes what used to take days," said Nikola Mrkšić, Co-founder and CEO of PolyAI. "But dialog with complexity, the kind where an agent must participate in a real, high-stakes conversation and actually deliver a resolution, is a problem that hasn't been cracked at scale. That's exactly what we've spent a decade solving with the world's best brands, and today we're opening it up to every builder."

Platform Targets Complex Enterprise Conversations

PolyAI says its Agentic Dialog Platform was built specifically for high-complexity enterprise interactions that require contextual reasoning, real-time decision-making, and operational resolution capabilities.

The company highlighted use cases including:

  • Healthcare appointment screening
  • Financial services support
  • Emergency utility interactions
  • Hospitality and reservations management
  • Restaurant customer engagement
  • Enterprise customer service automation

According to PolyAI, some of its largest enterprise deployments currently handle workloads equivalent to more than 1,000 full-time employees per organization.

The company says the platform is used globally by organizations including FedEx, UniCredit, Marriott, and Fogo de Chão.

New Tools Simplify Dialog Agent Development

As part of the launch, PolyAI introduced multiple tools aimed at reducing the complexity of enterprise conversational AI deployment.

Poly Agent Builder

The no-code Agent Builder allows teams to describe business requirements in natural language while the platform automatically configures:

  • Knowledge bases
  • Conversation flows
  • Agent guardrails
  • Testing environments
  • Operational workflows

PolyAI says the tool incorporates learnings from hundreds of enterprise deployments to generate production-ready configurations.

Agent Development Kit (ADK)

For developers, the company introduced an Agent Development Kit featuring:

  • Self-serve API keys
  • Native integrations
  • Command-line interface support
  • IDE compatibility
  • Git-based version control workflows

The company says developers can build and deploy conversational agents using existing engineering workflows and AI coding assistants.

Shareable Testing Environments

Each deployed agent includes a live testing environment designed to help teams validate conversations and gather stakeholder feedback before production deployment.

Raven Dialog Model Built on Enterprise Conversations

The platform is powered by Raven, PolyAI’s proprietary dialog model trained on more than one billion enterprise conversations.

PolyAI says most AI systems were originally designed for text-based chat and later adapted for voice, creating limitations around contextual memory, ambiguity handling, and enterprise tool orchestration.

According to the company, Raven was designed specifically for enterprise dialog management from the start.

"Most models treat dialog as an afterthought, with prompts layered on top after the fact. With Raven, agent behavior is in the weights, not bolted on through prompts that drift under pressure," said Shawn Wen, Co-founder and CTO of PolyAI. "We built the best default for dialog, then made the platform open to every model an enterprise builder might need."

PolyAI says enterprises can deploy Raven as the default model or integrate alternative models including GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, and others depending on business requirements and regulatory needs.

Conversational Enterprise Market Continues Expanding

The launch reflects broader industry momentum around agentic AI systems and enterprise conversational automation.

Organizations increasingly seek AI platforms capable of handling complex, multi-step customer interactions while integrating securely with enterprise workflows, operational systems, and compliance requirements.

PolyAI says its platform is designed to support large-scale deployments while remaining flexible enough for smaller development teams and new builders entering the conversational AI market.

The Agentic Dialog Platform is available immediately, with free access for the first two months through poly.ai.
