Dataiku's New York flagship conference featured the launch of Agent Management, Cobuild's expanded capabilities, and new research showing enterprises are losing oversight of their own AI agents. Enterprise leaders from Perdue Farms, Air Canada, Trane Technologies, Aviva, and other global companies gathered at Dataiku Succeed 2026 to share how they are putting governed AI to work across their businesses.

Held in New York, Dataiku's flagship conference showed customers how clear ownership, trusted data, and practical governance are helping them move AI from isolated initiatives into measurable business operations.

  • Dataiku Succeed 2026 gathered Perdue Farms, Air Canada, Trane Technologies, Aviva and others to share governed AI in production.
  • Launch of Agent Management, standalone product to discover, monitor and manage risk across AI agents regardless of where built.
  • Expanded Cobuild with Cobuild Insights, Dataiku Headless, universal AI Catalog and Agent Management integration.
  • New Dataiku Global AI Confessions Report with The Harris Poll finds 84% of CIOs say agents are created faster than IT can govern.
  • 75% of 685 global CIOs surveyed say they cannot consistently measure whether agents deliver business outcomes.
  • Customer stories include Perdue Farms empowering business experts as AI builders and Air Canada scaling marketing with agentic AI.

Customer Proof Shows How Enterprises Operationalize Governed AI

The customer stories reflected a common challenge: enterprises need to prove the value AI delivers, establish clear ownership over it, and move fast without losing sight of either. Across the day, leaders shared how they are building that operating discipline into their AI programs.

Customers shared practical examples of how they are applying AI to real business problems:

Perdue Farms turned business experts into AI builders by giving employees access to those tools.

Air Canada is using agentic AI to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its marketing operations at scale.

Trane Technologies has built governed self-service analytics that scale as its technology environment evolves, without rebuilding governance for each new tool.

Aviva consolidated 20,000 documents across 3,000-plus audits into a single AI-powered chatbot, giving teams a faster way to access and use years of audit knowledge.

Regeneron is converting paper manufacturing logs into a proactive intelligence platform designed to identify issues before they become downtime.

Sonos is enabling non-technical customer experience teams to build their own AI agents, reducing reliance on engineering handoffs.

GE Aerospace is building agents that capture decades of engineering judgment and make that expertise available across the organization.

"At Succeed, customers showed what it takes to make AI deliver beyond a single use case — the hard part most enterprises get stuck on," said Florian Douetteau, co-founder and CEO of Dataiku. "They are bringing business and technical teams together, building on trusted data, and creating the governance needed to run AI with confidence as it scales."

New Research and Product Launches Address AI Agent Oversight Gap

The conference also highlighted the growing management challenge behind this work. A new Dataiku study, Global AI Confessions Report: CIO Edition, 2026, conducted with The Harris Poll among 685 global CIOs, found that 84% of CIOs agree employees are creating AI agents and applications faster than IT can govern them. Seventy-five percent (75%) said they cannot consistently measure whether all their agents are delivering business outcomes.

At Succeed, Dataiku announced Agent Management, a new standalone product designed to help enterprises discover, monitor, and manage risk across AI agents, regardless of where they were built. Dataiku also expanded Cobuild, its natural-language agentic interface, with new capabilities including Cobuild Insights, Dataiku Headless, an expanded universal AI Catalog of vetted assets teams can build on, and Agent Management, now on Cobuild.
