PagerDuty, Inc., a leader in AI-first operations management, has expanded its AI integration ecosystem to more than 30 partners across 11 categories. This enhancement strengthens PagerDuty Advance agents and the broader AI platform, enabling organizations to achieve autonomous operations amid rising AI-generated code and development velocity.

Quick Intel

  • PagerDuty adds over 30 AI partners across 11 categories to its public AI integrations directory for seamless connectivity.
  • The ecosystem powers automated triage, root-cause analysis, pre-commit risk scoring, LLMOps, agent governance, and self-healing infrastructure.
  • Key partnerships include Anthropic (Claude plugin for pre-commit risk scoring), Cursor (MCP plugin for operational context in IDE), and LangChain (LangSmith integration for LLM monitoring and incident triggering).
  • PagerDuty uses Model Context Protocol (MCP) for bidirectional connectivity, creating a self-reinforcing context flywheel that improves with each incident.
  • The platform ingests observability telemetry to correlate alerts, accelerate resolutions, and prevent production issues from AI-generated code.
  • This positions PagerDuty as the central system of intelligence and action for AI-driven operations, building on over 700 existing integrations.

As AI adoption accelerates, organizations face new challenges in ensuring code reliability in production. PagerDuty’s expanded ecosystem addresses this by embedding operational context across the incident lifecycle—from prevention in development to automated remediation in production.

“Organizations are racing to adopt AI agents, but the real challenge is making them work together seamlessly in production environments,” said Jennifer Tejada, CEO and Chairperson of PagerDuty. “Our AI integration ecosystem solves this by connecting 30-plus AI partners directly into the operational workflows teams already rely on. This means faster incident resolution, reduced downtime, and the ability to prevent issues from impacting customers at all.”

Strategic Partnerships Driving Innovation

PagerDuty’s marquee collaborations highlight practical applications of the ecosystem.

Anthropic and Claude Integration

The Claude Code plugin, available in the Anthropic marketplace via MCP, analyzes uncommitted code changes against historical incident data. It delivers pre-commit risk scoring, automatic incident summarization, and actionable recommendations—enabling developers to catch risks before deployment and avoid customer-impacting incidents.

Cursor Integration

PagerDuty’s MCP plugin for Cursor, listed in the Cursor Marketplace, installs in one step to bring on-call schedules, service details, and incident history directly into the developer’s AI coding environment. During incidents, Cursor can trigger agents to investigate logs and summarize root causes in real time, accelerating resolution.

LangChain and LangSmith Integration

LangSmith triggers PagerDuty incidents automatically for LLM-specific issues like error spikes, latency, or feedback drops. The collaboration includes an Incident Responder agent template in LangSmith’s Agent Builder, built on PagerDuty’s MCP server, to analyze alerts, reference runbooks, and recommend actions.

Additional Ecosystem Capabilities

The ecosystem supports agentic cloud operations with AWS DevOps and Azure SRE agents for shared context and automated remediation. It also includes a PagerDuty Incident Responder custom agent for GitHub Copilot, allowing developers to query incident data and execute responses within their workflow.

PagerDuty’s AI integrations enable three connectivity pathways: partners accessing PagerDuty’s MCP Server for context, PagerDuty connecting to partner MCP servers, and direct API links. This creates a continuous learning flywheel that enhances resilience, reduces downtime, and prevents issues across the development and operations lifecycle.

PagerDuty continues to lead in AI-first operations, providing the operational layer that unifies AI agents, observability, and incident management for modern, resilient digital experiences.
